Hotel Ercolini & Savi, Montecatini Terme

My stay at the hotel was a mix of great experiences and some downsides. The location was fantastic, with easy access to top shops and the funicular. The rooms were lovely, although a bit small and noisy due to the proximity to the air conditioning system. The staff was exceptionally kind and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The dining options were good but sometimes crowded. Overall, a pleasant stay with a few minor drawbacks.

I stayed at the hotel and found it to be a warm place in the lovely thermal spring town of Montecatini Terme. The rooms, although we opted for a superior room, were not in the best shape and the beds weren't really comfortable. The breakfast had a very small variety of 'salted' dishes like sausages and salami. On the bright side, the location was exceptional, centrally located for exploring the town and nearby attractions.
